Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Deceitful strategy. Execs gain

See article. Trolls (children and systems jokes) can act all high and mighty but people know the truth about you and the lies.

Pension and payout and options and lies. Funny accounting and payroll and HR and benefit and payroll and HR practices (which it’s partners). . Sounds like Sf and other local companies and “financial” exports who gain. Sick really. Be educated

Customer has gotten industry leading service, outstanding catastrophe support, and some of the lowest premiums in the industry according to 3rd party evaluations. Theses are just a few of the reasons SF has dominated the U.S. insurance industry for 100 years. Your hyperbolic negativity demonstrates an uninformed small minded simpleton. The reference to DEI indicates you have spent way too much time watching Fox Lies-soon to owned by Dominion.

OK! 37 Billion in Capital gains! I'll play. Now what has the customer gotten? Raise in premiums, Inflation, DEI and so on to qualify their existence. I say oh H E L L no!

Funny how the plunder FKS can only name call because thats all they can do when the reality is they take from "their minions", rack up huge losses, and take big bonuses. If that isnt deceitful nothing is.

@1yjj-now you are upset because you don’t get a B’Day rose. Wow Karen you need to focus on something important. And btw, your pension and your medical were not impacted. What a sorry excuse for an employee.

@1yqs. Anyone who has a 1/2 brain and is able to look at the history of the benefits with SF knows that in the past 30 + years, SF has done nothing but cut benefits. Medical, gift, bithdays, pension, and so on. Theyve even wiped out the benefit of being proud to work in operations. Started with timecard.

Seriously you expect us to believe you joined SF just so your wife could have medical coverage when you retired, Nice try .

@1gvc, #7 was absolutely pulled off by the Farm. I worked for The Company for over 25 years with the understanding that my spouse would get medical coverage when I retired. The day that promise was broken was the day I realized The Company no longer deserved my loyalty. I just exchange labor for a paycheck and a skimpier benefits package now.

@1ktk-hey brainiac. Surviving spouses are eligible for a portion of deceased spouses SS. It has been going on since ah, inception of SS. Neither party are going to change that provision.

Some people on SSI need to be cut. Look at what they are cutting. All the transurrectionists in TN should be sent to DC and locked up and go the same as the insurrectionists. Feeling sorry for that? Really!

LOL, the OP is so ignorant they don’t even realize none of the 8 points relate to SF. No wonder they are a failure. And the House R’s have already announced they are cutting SS and Medicare right NOW!
