Some of them are pretty bad. Have known them for a while before they were "elevated" to leadership roles. Sorry, but shiny teeth and a nice smile don't cut it. Need have some brainpower as well.

Leeches .. that is right. May they all be prosecuted to the full extent of law for criminal negligence and fraud, when an offshore disaster happens. So sad to see the entire management risking environment and people to show “fake fit for purpose”

Projects are handing over cr-p designs for UOG to run “flawlessly” which from Liza phase 1 is a bunch of smoke and mirrors. The entire FPSO topsides team are burying their errors and incompetencies to get through ranking. I dont blame UOG, as they got handed a grenade. I blame 2016 - 2018 leadership teams that enabled a floating Kearl disaster of an asset for the sake driving low costs and accelerated schedules

Again, you have no idea what you’re talking about. This post is about the UBD and UOG groups. Now you have decided that you have to rail about the expats at Guyana sites.
Two things happen to be true at the same time: this company has done awful things to its employees and has terrible management AND some of the people posting here are bitter, clueless trolls.
Try to process both things at the same time in your little brain.

People working at Guyana site are defending as they like their expat perks. Self patting leeches

@ OP Outright false statements and blatant lies. Just another one; disgruntled former employee, angered-current employee (who is quitting in January of course)or good old fashion standard troll (GOFST). Again this should not surprise anyone, it is the whole purpose of an anonymous layoff site. Hide behind falsehoods under digital anonymity, while making up a bunch of Saber rattling cr-p.

Maybe you will get lucky and they will backfill with the Brazil leadership team. Do agree that some individuals in Guyana leadership team are real "winners"!

Guyana leadership is both diverse and mediocre. It's true that the teams have lost a lot of people with more leaving in January. In other words, it's like many other groups - nothing special.

Absolute lie by OP. Leadership is quite diverse, both racially and in male/female balance. And they are very good. I’ve read a lot of “brutal truths” on this site, but OP is spreading an out and out lie.

OP, you have no idea what you’re talking about. The obvious giveaway is the “all white males” remark, which is a verifiable lie.

They are past the phase where they need the people who can actually deliver results, so they have gone back to old habits.
