It seems that not all 7% received notifications on 9/16. When can we expect the rest to be informed?
According to the WARNs, 563 workers assigned to a San Jose office are set to lose their jobs, as well as 145 in Milpitas and 134 in San Francisco. Seventeen vice presidents and five senior vice presidents are on the list, as are slews of directors, managers, analysts and engineer.
So total 842 was impacted at SF bay area, plus ~800 in China. The majority hasn't been informed yet.
Keeping the LR news alive the stock price will go up and ELT will cash out
I stopped working over 6 weeks ago while I wait for the LR process to be completed. Have not been informed if I will be chopped. Free money for nothing. I want to work but can't focus.
What about the rest of USA? I know folks who were remote and in hubs like RTP, Richardson and Chicago that were impacted too.

In most of europe this process takes another few months at least due to local legislation.
It’s kinda hard to give it a rest - I mean 80% of Cisco has not worked for the past month , and if that continues because of the stress , 80% will be the next LR count! Maybe we’re not a great company or we don’t have great products and so on, but we have something and we still make a few B’s in revenue - that’s also going to die out at this pace of productivity! New ELT won’t make a difference if it’s too late to save the ship
