Training new employees

Judging by the experiences of my colleagues who had to train new people, I would not want to train anyone here. No way. Training new hires means getting squeezed to the maximum, or at least that's the impression I got?

@3qil,Right? I'm not a trainer, but working with the new hires is one of my favorite parts of the job. Fewer people I have to clean up after later.

You want to unionize but don't want to have an effective apprentice program? Genius.

Believe me just like the current administration and the Soros crew, they want you to live in chaos so they can continue to abuse and misuse you. It's their agenda and if you go along with their agenda you are sheep and will be slaughtered by them. California and Big Tech is an example. Look at all the people sleeping in cars on the street while working their 6 digit jobs. It's no different at State Farm. They cater to the Big Tech oligarchy and would do anything to see you out in the streets. Look at the crime. It's what they want because they thrive off others misery. Like Clint Eastwood said in Heartbreak Ridge: "Don't give the pr*icks the satisfaction." The only thing they will understand is if you put in their lap what they are dishing out in a non violent way. If you do violence, you are catering to their game. Just don't play their game. Simple.

Don’t participate in training new hires, because we want to be able to continue beeching about how stressful the workload is.
We used to be the best trained adjusters in the industry. Now it appears we have to rely on those who would rather beech, than help make our situation better.
Trust me, it is NOT just upper management who has screwed up this company.

About training new people ...

trust me, you get nothing out of this other than to make sure newbies know the job well but once you stressed over and put alot of hours training and assisting a bunch of newbies they (management) pretend it never happened and months later rate you lower because you could not complete as many tasks or take as many calls in the year since half the year was spent training/ being support for 20+ people

DONT DO THIS IF THEY ASK YOU , IS NOT WORTH IT

They want to have you train them so they can take your job. Turn and burn is their motto.
