What is the process for reporting the injury from our new toilet paper that actually caused physical injury while using it at HEMC? We suggest DW donate his raise to purchase a different toilet paper for his employees so it doesn't cause pain and damage to them when they use it!!! How do we report this as an on the job injury???????
