Holy cow. The share price is 132. In the next all hands you should tell the CEO to make the ilmn stock transactions of directors and above open to everybody in the company.

It's not only Grail. Ask yourself-
Are you happy working at illumina?
Does your boss inspire you regularly?
Is your boss living a healthy lifestyle and promoting it to the team to increase productivity?
Do you have standard 8 work hours ?
Do you get task on adhoc basis or well planned?
Are you well compensated for your work and the city you have job ?
Is illumina revenue increasing QoQ?
Do you get large Salary, RSUs and bonuses on-time?

If your answer is NO, then you know what actual problem Illumina has. Grail is just one situational business dealing. If your answer is Yes for these ...then Grail is a problem:-(

The root cause of all is Illumina's problem at this point is Grail and everybody involved in it.

@1esl+1oIP2UAX that is the reality. Executives are let go with golden parachutes so that they can go to some other company and drive it into the ground. Rank and file are always screwed over.

What a GOOD excuse to offload HR/Leadership's responsibility! @1mvi+1oIP2UAX

HR protects the company and it's leadership.
You can always find a new job if you don't like Illumina.

Why does Illumina still hide and protect those so-called employees doing nothing with high payment? We raised this favoritism / nepotism problem to management / HR years ago (as well as in iSurvey). Why no one listens?

That is worrisome with dropping shares. Anticipating more layoffs or reorgs?
