Many people got pulled into Gerry's office in the last month. Employees with a management line to HCL are getting blamed because HCL cannot perform. Service Now metrics are a disaster. Non AT employees are screaming because they can't care for patients. And it will never be admitted that the decision to outsource is the issue, not actual Ascension employees.
