Today Belk is nothing but greedy Golden Dollar General stores trying to survive! Selling your soul to the devil Sycamore Partners has changed Belk companyimage forever from good to worst since 2015. To abandon one’s value or moral in return for some highly desires like credit app champion of the year, best associate the year, email capture and download Belk apps! Belk company encourage a toxic or low moral business practice from its new culture reward this dirty kind of behavior! I guess some people sell their soul for money while others sell it for power. Most Belk top executives or store managers sell their soul for power, money for cheap smoke and mirrors recognition no matter how wrong how nasty how unethical in order to achieve their objectives. It is better to be poor and honest associates working hard at Belk and keep your soul in tact than to be filthy rich, gain power but lose your dignity or self-respect at pathetic Belk Golden stores! Go sell your soul to Belk and get credit because Belk need you!

@1dws If you check out there is an elegant Belk RiverChase department store in the south Birmingham, we are looking to buy a lot of cheap souls for six credits or more! Don’t sell your soul too short and make sure you selling it for what it is worth! We pay competitive low salary price. I guess you could not handle the truth so who is lying and crying now?

If Belk emphasizes lying and treat your workers in a toxic working condition who cares. If your friend and co workers continue to lie to cheat to steal and have no guilty doing it who care? I lied today very aggressive pushing and manipulated customers for six Belk credit cards applications today. It is so sad and so wrong but my Belk store manager said it is ok as long as her store gets the metric for credit application! Selling your soul is a one-way ticket to moral bankruptcy don’t you think? But Belk company and all top leaders have already lost their souls or proudly declared low moral Belk bankruptcy Chapter 11 in early 2021 for some nasty debts and financial short term deals?
