This is the worst job I've ever had and the worst company I ever worked for and I can say that with conviction after only three months here. How did I end up in this mess? Nobody seems to know what I - or anybody else, for that matter - should be doing. Managers are completely useless. I've wasted so much time here just trying to figure out what to do. Is this a company-wide issue? If it is, how is this place even standing?

@1dvr+1dxhIvMg You are either a COVIDIOT troll or a useless banded exec. Either way your post is bigoted, useless and nonsensical. Go back to the subterranean sewer you came from. The poor people at this poor excuse for a company are doing their best to take care of their families. The best day of my career was when I was let go in 2019. I got a job wh-t MUCH better pay and benefits, less stress and knows what they are doing.
I’m searching for jobs at smaller companies now. Although I fear the problems at PepsiCo are endemic across the business spectrum, I’m hoping a privately held smaller company may be a little less subject to the woke culture mentality, outsourcing and general lack of concern for employees. It’s worth a try as the environment at PepsiCo is far too toxic for me to continue much longer.
I'm afraid it's an American Corp model problem. I left Pepsico 5 years ago. The out sourcing, disorganized centerisation, low moral and chaotic environment made a once great job horrible. Absolutely loved my new job until they recently merged. They're following the same path as Pepsi. Its horrible here now, too.
You ended up here because your last employer knew you were useless and fixed the glitch. Eventually they will move you to a corner of a building where no one needs you and stop paying you. Be thankful you get to keep stealing money from them by doing nothing every day.
Just do what I did and drink a lot....good luck to you!
