With the bulk of INJ CA New Mail tasks going to CS starting next week, get ready for some R3markable claim handling. Apparently CS weren’t that busy and CAs are just “operational waste?”

The entire Atlanta hub is a joke. The type of people available to work in that market is not something SF should be hiring.
In general all of ILR Is useless. They can’t tell their hands from their feet.
@1dop If you don't understand the acronyms then it likely doesn't apply to you.
The current Claim's leadership doesn't see any problems. They believe there is endless capacity from the current staffing. Mistakes are more frequent and more expensive. They are setting us all up for failure. This place is total joke. I am heading out the door.
The genius that came up with the hub concept didn’t take into account that SF is no longer the biggest fish in the pond. And, definitely didn’t analyze the location of the Atlanta Hub…Complete mess!!
Everyone wants to work in the hubs. LOL LOL That's why they have such low turnover
How about pretending not everybody is familiar with your area’s acronyms? These posts would make a lot more sense to a lot more people.
The pendulum continues to swing. We are going back to what used to work well in the past...before we put too much emphasis on how many tasks you click off. This will provide promotional opportunities for CA’s attached to a Hub. In the meantime, let the SLO carnage begin.
I’d be worried claim CAs..
Strategy is different than being the employer of choice and attracting and retaining the best talent possible. Many of those CS learned through experience and demonstrate the empathy while doing their job. I do believe some of they has been lost. Claim handling at SF has become a commodity. Not buying or selling, just saying this is a drastically different model than what many were hired for. Everyone has a choice, sometimes difficult ones.
I assume the “10,000” refers to the LOCs? I thought they were closed last year?? Sounds to me if Specialists can do the work they should so we can cut the fat from payroll. Never understood why we paid for all those LOCs when Hubs are strategically located throughout the country and that’s where everyone wants to work anyway.
