I left the Permian Team several months ago at BPX and I'm glad I did. Despite the gripes I hear about Exxon I can confidently say its way better here than at BPX.
Leadership is solid and career opportunities are way better here. If you are at BP reading this please know that the grass is truly greener elsewhere. If you are one of the cr-ppy leaders at BPX please stay where you are.
