A few people I know just got a 60-day termination notices today. Some layoffs are definitely happening

I think Allstate does layoffs normally second and fourth quarters almost annually. The problem is there is never any warning its just you get a call and they advised you are out. Transformative growth is all about putting money into Allstate’s pocket. I know there are a ton of teams on edge after AskHR and A few other departments have been impacted due to Workday. The second quarter earnings call is coming up so I am sure they are going to tie fourth quarter layoffs due to that but who knows? Allstate doesn't seem to have a clue on how to structure a company.
