This new scheduling they started doing is a joke. Now I hear TLs are going to be doing time off requests. I see that going well. More favoritism.

You know it’s just going to be more BS and favoritism. Basically giving the power to do time off requests to head cashiers because that’s what they are. Their job is to hand out change and send people to break and lunch on time and they CAN’T even do that! Yes I see that going well! Oh you are my buddy I’ll give you this day off no I don’t like you Monday off for you. Yes it will go over very well.

@1cwk+1baxLbbI We shall we for how long. Same as core schedules didn’t last more then 2 years. Walmart is changing all the time. Just like the vests. Every two years they seem to want to change the vests. People spent money on vests and now they are changing the vests again. HO seems like they have nothing better to do. They don’t even know what goes on in stores or how terrible it is or should I say they do not care but they worry about stupid $hit like vests. They can’t even provide proper air conditioning in their stores in the summer or heat in the winter.
New scheduling is there to stay.
