Except they haven’t been able to hire the people they need at the salaries they want to pay. You make technically be correct. But they aren’t getting a cost reduction. They put the building in one of the most expensive areas in the Dallas area, which has caused us to not be able to hire well. Let be realistic there is a reason they are waiting two years and it’s not because they are being nice. They don’t know if they can pull it off, if they were already able to hire they wouldn’t need to wait.
