Any one smart, intelligent mind and logical thinking can run this Belk company better than a bunch of “crying executive leaders. pathetic crying CEOs babies on board at this company. It is time to change their dirty diapers now!

And in my store add in the rampant favortism and the greedy sales associates that do nothing but stand at the register and mislead people into getting credit cards while the rest of us train associates, do go backs, watch bopis and flyby. And don't even waste your breath asking why I'm still there. I am giving notice this week. Things are just going to get worse at belk.
1aac, I agree, bitter Belk babies are pathetic, but one person behind a register expected to check and clean fitting room, put back returns and recover a department while serving consistent line of 7-12 customers and patiently explaining everyone why they are getting 30% discount while coupon on the app promised 50%, promoting Belk card and typing e-mails; and everything else in a store is done somehow in a hurry or not done at all because there are very few people meant to handle that “everything else “, but most of the time everybody, everybody are picking online orders. You can’t blame Belk babies for that. Their negativity is the product of the business status quo.

“If people can use after pay. Why would they open a high interest Belk card? Make no sense.” Greed and stupidity or both is the best answer. Why people play lottery machines at casinos in Las Vegas knowing they lose money all time? I told my store manager many times that if customers were so “smart”, I would not be able to open about (40) Belk Reward High Interest Credit Cards at least a imonth or more! “Greed” and instant satisfaction or impulsive “Buy” is Belk stupid customers weakness! After pay is just another “scam” to get poor silly customers to buy things they don’t need and get heavy in Belk credits cards and debts! If Belk company CEOs and executive leaders were doing and thinking right the first time, we are not in bad financial bankcruptcy right now!
By the way. I don’t have Belk Reward Ctedit Card and only selling and trying to convince customers they are really “Saving” money at Belk! Make sense right!
Remember a few years ago when Lisa Harper wanted to remove the Salvation Army bell ringers from all store fronts? She received such backlash from customers, she then reversed her decision.

Does it mean Belk can start buying Dillard’s and other retail stores and even Sycamore Partners Investment now and boldly go to take them to “liquidation” sales next year!
