Naw @1cdu they just need to fire all the management and all the Ford execs and HR who continually look the other way. All the execs do when something gets external vis is shuffle managers, oh this manager is a train wreck in Chicago, lets move him to Canada and then we will run a CEO message on a loop on the TV in the break room and call it good.
BTW same type of stuff happens @ other Ford locations including the glass house. At Ford Credit an a--hat LL6 would not hire any females under the age of 55 as they would “be having babies / taking time off for childcare”. I sat in meetings when he publicly stated we were not hiring/interviewing the best candidate (woman) for those reasons. Other LL6s and the LL5 were present in the meeting and everyone looked at the LL5 to correct the behavior, instead he concurred.

Seriously, this is a nothing burger in terms of stuff Ford does. Just shows nothing ever changes at that dump of plant in Chicago. It’s sespool of cr---y people and even worse quality. Ford should shut it down and implode it…
We just need to lay off one more engineer to cove4 this cost.
