New hires from 2022 did not get ranked and received an automatic CL bump so they are all sitting on a 15% raise. I doubt they would share the same sentiment as this website until they get their first rank result in 2025

Just surprised on how many people give me directions. All of which are polar opposite to each other and then they expect initiative.
LUV it here,; I'm making great money compared to my former job at Wally World and SOME (not all) of the scenery here is unbelievable (again compared to Wally World).

OP, obviously you are not a XOM employee. They haven't been ranked yet. You have to wait until they are ranked and are told they are not good at what they do. That they Need Significant Improvement. Then ask them how they are feeling about XOM.
The pay is better than McDonald's where I came from.
