@1bom+1juBb4oA exactly. It isn't that hard, since very few LL4s, and LL5s are worth working for. Most of them sold themselves out several years ago, and just cling onto their big bonuses.
@xvn+1juBb4oA Is on to something, however, if you want to engineer getting a package you need to understand it is not about your work products or lack thereof. You have to get under your ll5 / ll4 skin. Push their buttons, politely point out that all of what comes out of their mouths is BS, politely point out that the accomplishments they are claiming are non-existent. Your golden ticket will be punched.
