Don’t bet on your friends at Pepsi being there for you when you get kicked to the curb. You will quickly find out how many people put on that fake charm to build their own social network. Once their use for you is gone, you will be banned to the land of no return.

Time to start thinking about ex colleagues. You know, the ones you threw under the bus and are now at companies you think will LOVE YOU since you worked at the blue can? Maybe a vendor wants you. Yes, the vendors for whom you promised large contracts that never materialized?
But hey, the bright side is you can enjoy the red can guilt free AND it has less sugar!
To the Doom and Gloom person. Try starting at Pepsi at 18 and building a nice career the old school way for 35 years and then having your job eliminated because you don't fit key demographics.

I think there are many that would take a package if offerered .... come on pepsi... wake up. Cut costs qnd increase shareholder value
I was part of the February purge in 2019. Best thing to happen to me. Got a package and a new/better job 3 weeks later. Thinking and praying for you all. Know there are people out here who know the anxiety and uncertainty you are going through and are here for you.
