Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Another full year less than a month from layoff day

Of course Allstate didn’t pay me that additional year, has anybody else had a similar situation

I know someone whose next year anniversary was 3 days after their 60 days ended. He called HR and asked if they would honor for two more weeks of severance and they literally said to him "nice try" and no.
