Anyone TL and up get their evaluations yet? What are your thoughts? I found mine ridiculous even though I get a good one over all.. The minor, slight negatives were complete nonsense and not in the realm of justifiable.

If you received any of the increases during summer and fall of 2021, you get no raise. Regardless of your evaluation.
Solid no raise? Were you in position the full year? I got 3% "success" - I'm not sure what solid is.. Is that "opportunity"? I'm the OP.

@1avt+1ft1RvPm It was "Success" level and I always have good walks. But I also know what you are talking about too.. These evaluations are not based on objective truth - that isn't the ultimate standard used. Subjective desires, quotas, superficial favoritism etc. can and sometimes does trump OT.
You're a victim of the "churn and burn" method of managerial evaluations that Walmart uses. Managers are under pressure not to give too many positive evaluations and are actually encouraged (read forced) to rate about 20% of their staff as needing development. They use this to get rid of people with too much PTO or who make too much money. Also, there is a strong incentive to diversify the managerial staff and they can only hire a more diverse force if they've got positions available to offer them. Since your overall evaluation was good, then you're probably in good shape, at least for now. Anybody who received any rating other than standard is in deep trouble and should be planning their own exit.
Close yeah - but the negatives should be a part of reality (which do exist - I'm aware of them) but they were not brought up - a bunch of nonsense was.
