Is the frontend coach and ap asm merging? Rumor is they will be called the compliance coach and both will have to re apply for there jobs. I have herd of ap teaming but according to that the ap asm is still a position. Any truth to all this?

@1abj+1brYjBck I left about a month ago and am so very HAPPY. I’m at a job where I am actually appreciated and also making more money. I’m less stressed and so so happy to be out of HELLMART.
Why do they pilot anything. They are going to force down whatever they want regardless how it test.
Almost 30 years, majority of them exceed, above or role model and I have no idea what this company is doing. Ever since the restructure last November I have not seen any positive outcome or improvement in any department. Overtime, payroll hours, morale, disorganized backrooms, no sense of ownership, worse customer service I have ever seen.
I see this in our store, venders see this in other stores. Truck drivers have seen this in other stores. The "leaders" of the company have to see this. I would love to know what that are thinking, it's not going to work. Quit drinking some third party ideas how you should be running the company.
I quit buying stock over this. The current stock is not telling the real story of WalMart and it's eventually going to catch up.
The front end coach and Apasm will walk into a special machine in the back room and when they come out they will have merged into one super associate.lol Glad I left this clusterfuck of a company 18 months ago!
I saw that a store in Texas is piloting no claims supervisor and ap teaming with the ap asm just a support piece. I haven’t heard anything about front end coach going away or to compliance coach… if anything they would keep the front end coach and make ap asm compliance coach. But I’ve heard ap going straight to teaming leaving the ap asm out of a job.
