"TAM PRS team was notified by their laughable leader, JM, in under 2 minutes once he started his spiel about “business needs” and “future of the company”."

Nielsen's "leadership" (used very loosely) are a complete joke. Most have the morals of a used car salesperson and will say whatever needed to keep their edge over you. Move on from these l-wlifes like JM and find true professionals to work with. Life's too short to work with those who drag you down like quicksand.

@19e That same leader that’s been in hiding ever since 😂. Guys too afraid to answer any questions. Zero accountability. Total loser.

@114 welcome to the club, bub! TAM PRS team was notified by their laughable leader, JM, in under 2 minutes once he started his spiel about “business needs” and “future of the company”. The overzealous attitude and actions of leadership angered me at first but now, like many others, I am SO ready to watch it burn. The GCC folks are not being given ample time to actually understand the job, and are being up to bat whether they’re ready or not (and they are absolutely not ready).

Just sayin, EY is hiring a lot of positions. I know I will personally by applying to work with them to continue to watch the sh-t show in action when my time at Nielsen ends :)

Sadly this was the company we all worked for! They bring DK in just to package the company and sell it to a private equity to be ki-led, it was always about making the "board of directors" a good pay day and never about all the sh-t DK used to say on those meetings he had addressing the entire company.

It's awful to see good american companies being destroyed like this but I guess it is what you get when you are at late capitalism and driven by mo--ns!

The contact centers entire quality department is about to go. They have already posted the jobs online for Mexico. No one left now to hold the GCC’s accountable for their horrendous work. Nielsen continues to rip off clients each day, disgusting.

@k1 Don't care much to follow DK but was curious about his career up-to-date. Checked on his LinkedIn and saw that he has been the Director of Best Buy since 2013? So was he moonlighting while serving as CEO of Nielsen back in those days?
