Already ESD is filled with lambs from Infy. We do have space for the new lambs in our heart and org too.
How about we have them for showcase in the WI state fair? That way our policyholders can buy tickets and view them.
So the rule is any new hire has to be either long-tenured NM employees or each one has to be from a different company? What exactly do you think you’re optimizing for?
@18cdn+1sF9WtWP The people who have to work for the USAA people care. There is no mention of Kohls not sure the connection. There is USAA tribalism is currently seen.
Who cares? Would you prefer DG hire from talent burn pit that is kohls instead? The incestuous nature of NM is astounding. God forbid you ever leave this company and have to work somewhere else, and I hope the people there act just as tribal as you do.
How many USAA employees are in ESD?
You forgot the Chief of Staff of KS and DG’s Chief of staff are from USAA.

I see all his homies in his org chart’s working remote a big joke, nepotism on high, a family affair USAA North!

so glad to be gone. was worried when i discovered how heavily staffed w/ indians my new co was, but to my surprise they can actually speak proper english and aren't scared of their shadows. if you are competent leave now.
the toxic environment in certain areas within esd is ramping up. the elimination of kb did nothing. it is clear that the ruling class and gender is actively discriminating against those who do not look like them. my friends and i have seen it in meetings and in discussions amongst SDs and there team while VPs watch. it is clear when sds and ads meet with their teams. they go around and ask the opinion of men who are free to say what they want without being challenged then womens opinions are attacked. its amazing and sad to watch. they are not even aware they are doing it but it clear they are. DG has no idea what a mess he has in his org.
@Tnrh+1sF9WtWP It's been strongly hinted at the leadership level that SR is now reporting to DG because of deficiencies in the TCS department. At the last leader meeting she did not mention one word about DEI either... I think everyone knows this is her last chance.
How long before Sangeethaditi is out?
