Macy hourly associates across the entire US should go on a strike we are the backbone of macy/ triple the dollars Bloomingdales brings in
Knows ceo tony spring despises macys he's visiting macys to see how many more stores he can shut put people on unemployment we are already making bare minimum poverty level while he makes millions w/ his team who travel in private jet stay in penthouse hotels this is sad. Tony spring should be brought down to reality. Watch out for his hit person barbie she sees all and videos all. Go on strike nationwide
Today sept 24 2025 CEO TONY SPRING is on my store serramonte mall daly city calif. North calif. Closest store to downtown SF hopefully it's a good visit we've been a scrubbing hundreds of payroll hrs added. So so many assoc from other stores have come to help. Even bllommy store mgnt have come. More to come after visit
He came to our store, barely talked to the store manager. Walked around with his security and left without talking to any associates. Burned all our hours trying to prep for maybe a 30 minute visit
I'm pretty sure the only stores he bothers visiting are F50 doors (or maybe now, F50 + N75)

Which has been the opposite of what Ive seen during his visits at Bloomingdales.
The man HATES Macys. So much for "hospitality " right??

@kg He wont even look at you. He hates the brand wholly. Know your walk path to prioritize. It will be quick af. Barbie is the one to look out for (Mucinex built diva). She watches associate/customer interactions like a hawk.
Tony is indifferent to Macys altogether. He cant wait to unload these properties.

Wow, he's gonna fly all the way to the Midwest for a 45 min visit???? Sheesh
He wont speak to any regular associate at Macys. All dialog will be between him, your general manager and DVM. And the cisit will be no longer than 30-45min tops.
