Ford is a train wreck.
Jim Farley makes $30 million per year and we can’t but spare parts for our machines (engine plant). Headcount is a fraction of what it should be. Even our new plant manager and site manager is an ID10T. Incompetence knows no bounds.

@a7 interns are done, plus we don’t treat interns bad… we still need to lure them into the FCG program. We got FCGs. Now, in the PDF that we give to people leaders and advisors that take them under their wing… it states 40 hours max…. Knock knock knock no good deed goes unpunished 😋
