They will use the words that the Street wants to hear. More investments in AI even though excel macros are still the drivers of automation

Just a fyi, layoffs go on every year no matter what.
If when the company has a good year and record breaking profits, the layoffs still go on.
Just polish the resume and hopefully you can find another job paying the same or hopefully paying more.

@342 the ones I’ve heard being prepared are more for 2026 then this year, but that just could be the groups that I am involved with. We had several done previously this summer and a lot of
cut open positions.

Alpha will be going through a re-org by the end of the year. I was informed many teams are going to another department. But one thing with this company is not everyone will be saved and roles get eliminated during reorgs even if if you brought in or saved the company money.
