Anyone hear rumors of layoffs coming for FI? I know teams are beyond skeleton crews, multiple groups helping with processing volumes, grade 6 and 5s tasked with mandatory extra hours to do other role’s responsibilities. Maybe it could happen but morale is so low right now.

@14y+1jqmd9d0g Truth! Everyone is doing a lot of extra work outside the usual 45-55hr week. So much talk of burnout and I’m like wait, what? Really?? Come on.
Grade 5&6 are salaried so they can do extra work during tax season, like the rest of the company.
Damn grades 5&6 are a bunch of cry babies
Someone in CE Custody, is that FI?, told me that a 8 has been warning a few people that layoffs will be arriving late this month.
I feel bad for everyone involved especially since no VBO this year.
What depts do you think it'll be?
