Why would you post BIG ANNOUNCEMENT COMIN and not say what about. WHAT IS THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT? If you know its coming you should know what it's about.

Maybe it will be another STAY bonus. They need to do that to keep people from jumping ship.

Alternative Severance Plan
Max out PTO
Get 6 months FMLA protection
Get 6 months STD
Come back for 90 days and start over again!
String them along for 2-3 years then retire!
Take advantage of all your benefits with SF that they give! You should play their game against them and not miss a wink of sleep!

They should offer buyouts to wfh employees over age 55. Replace those in the hubs with lower salary new hires.

Future State is the Hubs. No more wfh. Wfh will be phased out... Either move, quit, or retire. Rumor is a 3 year plan.

Where SF really sc--wed up is the worker can no longer trust leadership. When the company went to every man for himself and it's a business decision, the death was inevitable! Hypocrisy with its mission and vision.

Can't wait to see a union auto assembly line worker makes more than the desk jockey at SF. It will show them what SF thinks of you.

Listen! The employees at SF need to know what the company once was is exactly what they preached. Today the company is very far from what they preach. They can look you in the eye and lie through their teeth. Management and HR is not to be trusted at all cost. Take this from one person who never had an interaction with SF HR. Mgmt have serious issues ranging from substance abuse to divorce etc. Trust none. You are a fool if you do.

The day is coming when the jeans will revolt against the suits who are unable to hire or defend themselves.

by
| | Reply
Post ID: @zp+1jshxkfbq

Suits don’t need to do that when they have grunts working for them.

by
| | Reply
Post ID: @xd+1jshxkfbq

When those suits can drive a Peterbilt 359 18 speed with a CAT or a Cummins in it pulling 80,000 lbs of freight down the road 70 mph for 1100 miles in one day; then and only then come and talk to me. Until then, it's best you sit on the sideline without little laptop and only dream about being a real worker.

If not for the suits the labor would be living in caves today.

You are so wrong! Look at the history of our country. It wasn't built by the more ons behind the desk. They can't do labor.

by

Post ID: @v4+1jshxkfbq

Everything you listed that labor does was created by the suits-more on.

Labor does the hard work without sitting behind a desk pushing on keyboards and getting 25 million dollar bonuses. Hey Jack Off! It's about us and NOT all about me!

Post ID: @v2+1jshxkfbq

You're wrong! Without those workers your freight wouldn't be hauled, your food wouldn't get to you, your house wouldn't be built, you wouldn't have shoes on your feet, fuel in your car, your car, etc. Show me one thing those suits built except for chaos! Respect labor...something A hole suits have never learned.

Post ID: @v0+1jshxkfbq

You have it backwards. The suits are the ones that create the need and opportunity for workers. Otherwise, those in jeans would be unemployed….

@mr+1jshxkfbq You're a real tool. The real people that built this nation wear blue jeans and built with labor. The id--ts in suits and ties have ruined it. Insurance companies, RICO violators, corrupt judges, and sleezy politicians all fit into you MO.

Agent are like hauling more sh-t into a manure factory! Basically any re-ard can find out anything they want to know about insurance on the internet! If they are too lazy or stupid to do that, they probably shouldn't be insured. The people that use SF agents are the people that finance a car for 84 months at 21.99%, buy the fabric and paint protection for $5000 and get the nitrogen filled tires with wheel locks for an extra $1000....oh and do not forget the protection system with window etching!!!! LOL. They should have been eliminated two decades ago!

Well let me explain it to you! MT adjusted CRI's/guidelines/rates to let in tons of standard business/cr-ppy into the Mutual company and also risks that we would not normally write even in Standard/TCM. He admitted several times in Exec briefings! He spent $27 billion (loss) buying about 8+ million auto/homes! Agent's pat themselves on the back! LOL! The reason you have cr-ppy service is because he ran the company at 50% staffing levels and got it to the point where regulators and customer were in such distress he had to hire people to service all the sh-tty business he wrote that is now having claims and leaving in droves for a cheaper rate! 80% of the workforce has been at SF less than 3 years! Big Dog 2.0! Growth....It is not our wonderful ancient agency work force trust me! 80% of our agent's haven't had a net policy gain in the last decade and about 10-15% of the agents produce the bulk of growth and you are not one of them! 20,000+ SF Agent agents cost SF $10.6 billion a year just in commissions annually. Not to mention all the discounting, lying and stealing they do with claims and other "field" discounts. 25-30% of the call volume to operations are agent's with stupid questions or something they messed up on a change or claim! Drive the service and sales on-line or to IA agents and you can cut this expense by 75%! I even seen the numbers and the proposal! JF is just too chicken sh-t to pull the plug like Ed, MT and JF were! Agent's are useless! It's probably coming, gotta get U/W automated first ...but agent's will get theirs soon enough so save those commission checks....scooter!

The same “useless” agents that produced record auto growth the last few years? Who also cover for the below average service in underwriting with customers? Who have to wait a week for auto changes that should be instantaneous? Ok chief.

@ew+1jshxkfbq Maybe a bit of chicken but what you fail to mention is the bonus the CEO took before the company went belly up. Thieves at the exec level just like SF!

Actually what you are going to start hearing more and more of is when State Farm losses it number one position later this year or 1st quarter 2026, State Farm's goal is to no longer be concerned about being the number one auto insurer. (excuse) It just wants to focus on becoming a financial company and tech/data company. It will be their excuse because they know they cannot compete in the market anymore with their business model/scam! It's all about keeping up the money funneling scam to the Execs and useless Agents. They will burn it all down before they admit they do not know what they are doing or address the unneeded agency expense. If you remember, we tried that before! Ed came out and said our future is to be a financial company and we were no longer going to focus on auto/fire. That lasted about two years! SF is delusional as people are not going to give their finances to SF! They laugh at you, I tried and used to have my Series 6/63. People say yes you can have my car, home and maybe Life insurance but I'm not giving you access to my life's savings/401K/finances. State Farm will be just a shell of its self in the next decade.... think Blackberry, Kodak, Nokia, IBM, Sears....Kmart..... This place is an insane asylum!

Actually the IH scenario was more of a case of the company and UAW playing chicken, had UAW bragging they were going to bankrupt the company. They both lost. I lived thru it up close and personal.

Yes setting it up to force people out, now that most of Auto U/W will be phased out in 2026 with modernization/automation success rate of around 97/98% . They need to shed a whole lot of people real quick! The best way is back to the office and all the people just staying around for their pension watching this useless h-ll hole decay away! Plus more out sourcing in Claims, ET, ILR/Express being combined/eliminated and a ton of other changes so we can continue to give horrible service with bigger Exec bonuses and keeping useless agent's around until they shut off the lights on this ghettod out disaster dumpster fire called SF!

Pension will be frozen early next year. Everyone who qualified for the pension will be vested Jan 2026. Those with small amounts will face mandatory buyout. No but our option for larger pensions. Everyone will be moved to the new 401k plan with larger company match. Won’t be announced until July. Will be effective Feb 1st.
