Information here is correct. Restructuring is in process to save the money. They outsourced some part and added parallel outsource resources where knowledge is required. Not sure if it is good solution for long term.

Really. 20% would have been a big number - in the 40-50 range I imagine. Is the that a target % for the directors too. If so, that will mean a bloodbath in the streets of Toronto, K-W, and Boston.
