So the news is that Woodbridge Center Macy's 3rd floor is being closed off to become a fulfillment center. The first 2 levels will still be open to customers for in store shopping. The backstage is now on the 1st floor.

It's sad. I wonder if our leadership even knows what condition some of the stores are in or are they perhaps mistaken that the condition in some of them is much better than it is?

We do not know if there was much planning and consideration behind the decision on integrated selling module, but my opinion is that this is another experiment that will not last long. How long do you give to ISM?
