Perhaps the leadership did not expect it, but I think as soon as ISM was rolled out, the company began to sink even faster. Many of my colleagues left precisely because of ISM.

I would love to work at Macy's.....I have a problem with promoting credit. I do not believe in this, gets people in trouble. Can I be a sales person without having to sell credit?

My hours have not been cut, at least not yet, but I was a little surprised by someone's post about their hours being cut. Is it possible that this company is cutting hours while missing so many employees? I hope it's not true.
