My understanding is 30 hours/week still qualifies for full-time benefits, but that's just what I remember.

30 hours a week is better than 0 hours a week. QUESTIONS: how does this affect benefits? are all those reduced to 30 hrs considered part time at that point? how long are reduced hours expected to last?

Lots of trouble in the mix. Furloughs seem to be replacing severance packages. This company is sinking to unexpected lows. Watch out and try to find a different job.....and soon.
