I kind of doubt it - I believe there are only around 1,000 engineers at L-3 CSW. Lay off 30%? Unless "engineering" means something different than "engineers". Or, getting rid of Mechanical Engineering group is a big share?

Agree with that Anonymous. Seems the board was better before the last layoff. Supposedly the CEO was upset at HR the layoff couldn't happen last week. Don't know what could have prevented it if it was really planned.
