More than half global employees non-white. Their diversity push is a sham.
Enjoy the layoffs
Ahahahahaha
There is grounds for class action legal proceedings because of Intel publishing that they are using the SSL for layoff determination.
The way Intel are going about the determination of layoffs based on Focal and SSL will prejudice every person being laid off whether they are male or female, regardless of ethnicity, simply because if you were laid off and not terminated for cause... — read more
High Pay!
Oregon Live syays that the average pay of Intel employee in Oregon is 170,000!! Holy cow! If that is the case, then I would think pressure of layoffs or cuts will be there and should be expected, isnt it?

Intel collapse
I am predicting the demise of this company in next 5 years just like yahoo . It would be a pretty site
A company is not family or friend or the government dont expect it to take care of you.
I understand everyone's anger and frustration but small satellite campuses are not needed. And people and sites that don’t perform need to be removed. The company has made too many mistakes and they must slim budgets like everyone else. The most... — read more

New hire, start work in June. Am I at risk?
As far as I know, my team doesn't do redundant work. I am an RCG entering at grade 5. My team works on a software tool that many architecturethane teams at Intel use, and the team does not work in the PC sector.
