I am an SMTS working towards my PE grade next year. Any grade 9s or SMTSs got an ISP/VSP? Really hope to get a VSP, then take it and move to a better company.

In 2014 everyone in my organization (peg) got one. Given the historical VSP acceptance rate, I thought almost all would get it, but that does not seem to be case (yet, at least). Any ideas on what is going on?
