Do you know furloughs make your 401k to be distributed to you automatically? Or, do they keep it in the current 401k until you are officially laid off or left the company.

Please help me. I do not work here but you are ahead of us (my company will likely have furloughs this week). So, the question is can fuloughed employees get unemployement. Thanks.

Anyone think DMC will be going through layoffs anytime soon?

This is a Litmus Test. They will do this to every facility in the future and there will be multiple rounds. That way in 6-9 months when oil starts to rebound they can recover faster. Side effect is lots of people will quit too so win win for them

Heard there was layoffs today, with red folders. Are they done or are more coming?

Has anyone heard anything about DMC and DTC? I sense the tension but it’s quiet. No one is talking about layoff but also no one feels safe. My wife and I go in every day wondering if it’s the last.
