Agree with you, qss. Too much emphasis on PhD degrees in ETC. These PhD employees are certainly not stupid people, but don't automatically think that makes them all the smartest folks we have. I value both academics and experience, but clearly have more confidence and bank more on our employees with experience. #TheProofIsInThePutting.
