Why do you care? I work here so take pride in my company, employees and colleagues. I feel I have every right to fight for my company and be fantatical for THEIR sake, what have I got to lose in doing so? Do you work here and get paid by Sears? If not why are you here posting negativity? I assume you probably got let go by Sears and have little to fill your day with other than to let resentment take hold of you and have it take down others #teamsears

I say thank you to my directs every day, my #1 job is to serve them as to do that my company will benefit. While you think we are all horrible we are not. Some of us have integrity as well as loyalty. I will carry on fighting for all my employees, my company and you (assuming you work here.).
