At-will employment, dawg. They can fire you simply because they don't like you, just so long as you're not from one of the "protected classes." If you're going to attempt to speak out, you must be very specific in what you say (or super anonymous). #NotALawyer, but think like a lawyer. If what you say will somehow deter customers from coming to CS or have any detrimental effect on the business, then you might have some sort of liability. Just remember they're a multi-billion dollar organization that has their reputation to lose.
