We have a leader in Brian who is so disconnected from the day-to-day staff that his own folks within the finance team are telling us we need to cut expenses due to losses this year but he is so disconnected that he not only hires but also emails the whole company including all contractors that he just hired a chief of staff at a VP level to help him run his own CEO office! If you can’t run a 2 person CEO office…maybe you are the problem…. While the rest of us get your 2% pay increase compared to a 9% CPI.
