if managers are doing fulfillment but not helping with anything else including recovery, sale sets, the truck shipments, cleaning fitting rooms, getting credit, getting email, getting apps, loss prevention, cleaning restrooms, sweeping the floor, cleaning the break room, doing go backs, dealing with rude customers, markdowns, and floor moves, then they are not managers, they are hypocrites. you can’t require associates to do things that you can’t, won’t, don’t know how to, or don’t want to do. Plain and simple. Think about it, most companies and corporations have managers who work from the lowest position to manager, they start at the bottom and work their way up...but not at belk, people are promoted to managers based on physical characteristics, who they are buddy buddy with, who they slept with, and all other conflicts of interest. I’ve never seen anything like this and I have been in retail since I was 18 and I am turning 59 this year. #belkmanagerssuck
