Mid year PMPs matter for the poor sods who have been let go, have been made to work through to July 31, and are being forced to do a mid-year PMP. #abu #stupid

(Though I feel even worse for those in Wave 2 who have to do a PMP immediately before their selection event)

Dont listen to these people.. Doing your job well only results in being given more work. Often times the brown noser will delegate his her work to you and claim to be facilitating but really theyre taking all the credit whilst on their knees smelling what your manager had for brekky
