Retiring before Dec-1?

I’m curious, anyone here is thinking about retiring this year? It seems HR is not as active with email and “webinars” like they did last year. Lump sum down 8% for 2024 is not bad and we could see a rebound in 2025 and lump sum will grow again. — read more

GTH - Focused on Quality??

So the Company lays off a bunch of people in June, 2023 and August, 2022, leaves the remaining employees to struggle on how to make their departments work, and says we have to do better with quality? Did they not see this coming?

How do they expect anyone to work here and give it their all?

Layoffs are happening like every 2 months here, everyone is scared sh1tless because half the tech force is on h1b. No idea how they expect to improve the morale here if people cant even sleep easy at night knowing they are somewhat secure

Do the bare minimum and wait for your turn

There is no point in giving much to this company. The stock price is in the garbage, there is no long term future here. Milk as many paychecks as you can and apply outside. None of us will have jobs in next 2 years at most. Jim Farley is too busy... — read more

Start looking for new jobs everyone

This company won’t exist in 3 years ( and that is the max) No one really likes Ford products , I’m embarrassed to tell people I work here and the talent here is mediocre at best. No one willingly takes a job here
