2015 Layoffs at Exxon

For the poster below who referenced 2014, I can say that 2015 will be MUCH worse - if the prices continue to drop ALL oil companies will react by cutting staff, that's a given, so wait until 2015 as layoffs and RIFs always lag the price drops.

ExxonMobil will layoff thousands in 2014

We do this every year, now with profits down we'll be even more agile in this area - we'll probably cut around 5000 people in 2014. Houston and Waco always get hit.
