I was rated outstanding with distinction last PDS cycle, and promoted as well. Neither my work assignments nor my focus was very good this year. Is it possible to drop more than two classes in the current evaluation system?

Can't wait to see

XOM getting kicked down to dust. It is a toxic place. There is no other way to explain it. It cultivates. and breeds deceit.

XOM lacks compassion for their employees

All they see us as are numbers and they treat us as such. As somebody who's been here for over two decades and who has always given his 110%, I should have some sense of job security at this point. Instead, I'm worried I'm going to receive a low... — read more

Mid Year Pay rise??

Retirements?

Seems like a lot of retirements are just the top of the iceberg. Expect a lot more as interest rates rise and the lump sum becomes less. What will become of ExxonMobil when a majority of experienced people are no longer with the company?
