Office staff in Calgary were let go, along with supervisors, operation and maintenance staff in the 3 plants in the north. My severance was pretty good, I'm sure they all were.

Now that I survived the layoffs what is the appropriate time to wait to ask for a raise, since I am now one of the recognized producers.

I was one of the many who lost their job yesterday. It's getting pretty strange up there, lots of good experienced people were let go. These are pretty sad times...
