The CSAC is the definitive source. There isn't much latitude for deviation with regards to Cal Grant eligibility. If Heald or any other institution can present evidence that the Feds data is wrong then Cal Grants can be restored. Otherwise it can't.

Severance is 1 week a year with a minimum of 2 weeks and of course, they pay out your vacation time. However, all of the monies are taxed at a "bonus" rate of 40% or so. Cobra for 2 people for health insurance only was 1323 a month.

CCI severance packages are minimal at best. If you get 2 weeks then you are lucky.

Last time I checked tenure means time. And in this sense time with the company. And its a standard 2 weeks for under 5 years

When you say tenure do you mean years? Is it like one week pay for every with the company? Or what?

Severance is based on tenure with the company and insurance is kept until the end of whatever month you are in.

Keep your mouth shut, put in the 40 hours a week to collect your paycheck, save your money and when you get laid off take any severance package. Online is to save the ground schools and not the other way around.

Just a heads up. Online missed the November start by roughly 2,000 students. 800+ miss in Tempe, 1k plus Tampa, 400+ in Colorado. The company cannot take a miss like that they no longer have the revenue from ground to make up for a miss like that... — read more
