@ Anonymous 6:44, are you saying in the 20s, as in 20 some people across all depts. in OKC? If so, cuts need to be much deeper than that. Even 20 in each dept isn't deep enough.

A "Wellness Team" is a very forward thinking idea, but in tough times folks like that are some of the first to go. Keep the people that make the money, that find the grease and get it out of the ground. Tough deal, but that's the way it goes.

One of my girlfriends told me the Wellness team was sacked today. I'm sad, loved those girls.

Come on folks. If CHK or Angela Ports wants to know who is posting all they need to do is file a jane for suit. The subpoena the ip's here and then subpoena the ISP for who had which ip when. Not that hard, but it is time consuming and costly.

Vesting unvested stock is the only way to avoid lawsuits. The unvested stock is nothing more than deferred compensation. If people are involuntary terminated without cause there is no reason no to sue if the stock is not vested

Lots of layoffs today in IT. Not sure what the total number will be, but I have heard of more than 30 people let go, from Director to Senior Analyst.

VPs got 6 months pay, 6 months Cobra, full vesting of 401k, full vesting of stock. Anyone getting less should fight the issue
