What is the range of each pay grade?

I've been with CHK for a little over 10 years, and I just received my best bonus ever and a 12% raise. Is Doug a good CEO? No. Would things been like this under AKM? No. It amazes me on how polarized everyone is on here. They are both turds.

While I hope they don't happen, I'm sure with depressed prices no one would be surprised to see CHK do layoffs. My advice is in the event you don't get laid off before March, save your bonus for a rainy day. Best of luck to you all.
